A lot of restaurant lists are already in. Open one and filter by rating, price, grape, vintage. If yours isn’t there yet, photograph the pages, drop in a PDF, or paste a link — even hundreds of pages — and it becomes the same table. The gem (or the best value) is a tap, not a hunt through the book.
